24.08.2010
CrowdConf 2010The CrowdConf 2010 on 4th October in San Francisco has just been announced. This will be the first international conference focusing on crowdsourcing and distributed work.

Beside some famous faces, such as Tim Ferriss author of The 4-Hour Work Week, David Alan Grier author of When Computers Were Human, and Jonathan Zittrain Professor of Computer Science at Harvard, there is an open Call for Papers, so anyone interested can submit own papers and presentations.

The CrowdConf 2010 will focus on every topic connected to crowdsourcing:

  • Future of distributed work
  • Quality assurance and management
  • Projects, experiments
  • Task design, workflow design
  • Social and economic implications of crowdsourcing

We’re very happy to announce that we are supporting CrowdConf as a Sponsor and we will also be there in person; our CEO Wolfgang Kitza will add to the list of speakers.

CrowdConf can also be found on Twitter and Facebook.
