We are very delighted with how many of you sent us your terrific ideas about the rebuild of our website. Thank you to all who participated.
Now it‘s time to start making the technical changes. We will keep you informed about these changes step-by-step. Here is a look at a few of the suggestions that were frequently made and that will possibly be implemented:
All Clickworkers, no matter what their personal qualifications are, will be able to view all jobs that are currently in the system. Additionally, you will be able to see what steps you need to take in order to be able to work on a certain project.
Every Clickworker will have the opportunity for continual improvement. How will it work? There were several ideas put forward. One is that all Clickworkers will be able to repeat assessments to improve their score. However, the re-take could only take place after an agreed time period. This way they can qualify for jobs and/or improve their current rating. In addition, we will be giving you more information about whether an assessment was successful or not.
Other suggestions included an efficient way for authors and editors to communicate. Perhaps it will be in the form of direct communication. This way, misunderstandings might be avoided, especially with difficult tasks.
And so many more great suggestions… we don’t have enough space here to list all the ideas and design possibilities but we will keep you updated on our progress in future articles.
All winners will be notified by email. The clickworker.com team hopes everyone will have a lot of fun with the goody bags.
