Our commitment to
information security

Given the growing threat of attacks on IT systems and data, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of data and IT security.

As a part of the LXT group, clickworker operates under a unified and rigorous global security framework. We have therefore implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS), which is certified in accordance with ISO 27001 standards through our parent company, LXT AI. This internationally recognized certification confirms that our joint processes, platforms, and data handling practices comply with the highest global benchmarks for information security.

ISO certification

What is the ISO 27001:2022 certification?

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is a globally recognized standard for an information security management system (ISMS). It specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously optimizing a documented information security management system. The standard also includes requirements for the assessment and handling of information security risks as well as the implementation of suitable security mechanisms in the company.

Why the LXT AI Certificate applies to clickworker

With the ISO certification and the associated annual audits, we have set clear goals for ourselves as a global organization. Our shared ISMS establishes rules and methods for ensuring information security across all group entities, including the development and operation of the clickworker platform.

This enables us to respond quickly to regulatory requirements and protect our company and customers from cyber-attacks, data loss, or manipulation.

Our ISMS examines all security issues in depth, focusing on the following areas:
  • Development and operation of the clickworker platform.
  • Secure data centers and API interfaces.
  • Implementation of crowdsourcing projects via the clickworker platform for both
    • Managed Service and
    • Self-Service.
  • Management of the public crowd
  • Collaboration with service providers (required to provide the services offered)
