How it works

Individual advice and discussion of your project
We discuss your project with you and develop an individual solution that is in line with your project goals.
Configuration of your project
Our project managers set up your project in our system. This involves drafting a briefing for the Clickworkers – that we have jointly agreed on with you – as well as the configuration of suitable quality assurance measures. In addition, we can also provide an optional dashboard tailored to your needs for ongoing progress monitoring.
Project test and run-through
Test Phase (optional) – Initial tasks are processed by selected, qualified Clickworkers. The test results will be checked with regard to the defined goals, and any necessary adjustments will be discussed with you.
Production – The optimized project is launched and released for processing by qualified Clickworkers.
Our project managers continuously monitor the project in terms of quality and throughput and ensure an optimal workflow.
Project status and results
You can monitor the progress and status of your project at any time via your personal customer dashboard on our platform. The results will be made available to you as a download.
