Upcoming Transfer of Your clickworker Account to LXT AI Inc.

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change regarding your Clickworker account.

As part of an organizational transition, your existing agreement and account relationship with clickworker.com, Inc. will be transferred to LXT AI Inc. This process, known as a novation, allows your account and existing working relationship to continue under LXT AI Inc. with minimal disruption.

Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible. This page explains what is changing, what is staying the same, and whether any action is required on your part.

What Is Changing?

Following the novation:

1. Updated Agreements

You will be asked to review and accept the following updated agreements before continuing to work on projects:

Acceptance of these updated agreements will be required to continue accessing work opportunities after the transition.

2. Payments Will Come From LXT AI Inc.

After the transfer is complete, payments for completed work will be issued by LXT AI Inc. instead of clickworker.com, Inc.

There will be no changes to your payment method unless you are contacted directly and asked to update information.

3. Tax Documentation Changes

Depending on your country of residence, additional tax-related actions may be required:

United States Workers

  • A new W-9 form must be completed and signed following the transfer.

Canadian Workers

  • You will be required to provide your Social Insurance Number (SIN) if it is not already on file.

Mexican Workers

  • A W-9 form will no longer be required following the transfer.

What Is Not Changing?

The following aspects of your account will remain the same:

  • Your existing Clickworker account
  • Your login credentials
  • Access to available work opportunities
  • Your current payment setup (unless you are notified otherwise)
  • Your ability to continue working on approved projects

Our intention is to ensure continuity throughout the transition process.

What Do I Need To Do?

At this time, no immediate action is required.

When the novation becomes effective:

  1. Log in to your account as usual.
  2. Review the updated agreements.
  3. Accept the new Terms & Conditions and Data Privacy Statement.
  4. Complete any tax documentation requirements applicable to your country.

You will receive additional instructions before the transition takes place.
