European Clickworkers may now choose PayPal as a new way to receive payment for your work with us. Those Clickworkers who already have a PayPal account and wish to get paid via PayPal in the future only need to give us the email linked to their PayPal account. Go to “Clickworker Profile” and enter in the email address that is registered with PayPal. For new Clickworkers and those of you who are unfamiliar with PayPal, here is some basic information.
Please note: PayPal is the ONLY way to receive payment in North America.
PayPal was started in 1998 as an affiliated company of eBay. The auction site took over the company in 2002 in order to provide their users with a safe and easy method of making and/or receiving payments over the internet
PayPal acts as a sort of “carrier” between the payment sender and payment receiver. The advantage of working with PayPal is that the receiver (in our case the Clickworker) does not have to give the sender any bank information. The only information the receiver has to give to the sender is the email address registered with PayPal.
Every Clickworker can use PayPal. The only requirement is that you register with PayPal and then give us the registered email address by entering it in your Clickworker profile.
You give PayPal your bank or credit card information. Then you don’t have to enter it again, no matter what website you’re on. This increases the security of your data. This makes it virtually impossible for the company on the other side of your transaction to get and misuse your bank information and gives you peace of mind as a customer.
Simply login to clickworker.com and under “My clickworker.com” select “Payment Details” in the drop down window. Then click on “New payment details”. Enter the email account that is registered at PayPal in the given field and click save to update your account. That’s all you need to do, from then on what you earn will be paid to you using PayPal.
As a Clickworker you are a payment receiver. Of course you can also make purchases and pay for them using your PayPal account.
More and more web sites and download portals offer payment this way. You just give them your PayPal-linked email address and PayPal will process the transaction using the banking information you gave them. Here too the seller will not see your bank information.

I suggest you contact paypal customer support in UK. They might be able to tell what’s holding up the money or if there is something wrong with your account.

Hey which PayPal should I sign up? Personal, Premier or Business? Thanks .

In the end the decision is totally up to you, but to try it out, I would suggest to use a free version. As far as I know this should be the personal version.

leider sind Sie beim falschen Support gelandet. Bitte wenden Sie sich an den Kundensupport von eBay bzw. PayPal.

when I put in my email associated with paypal and then enter the confirmation number, it says my email doesn’t match the confirmation number…help!!

Hi Megan, you are not supposed to enter a confirmation number but confirm your PayPal email address by entering the same address again. If that doesn’t work there might be a typo somewhere.
